Handling Domestic Violence Calls

This course focuses on helping telecommunicators understand the psychological dynamics of domestic violence and learn innovative ways to capture information, frame effective questions, and methods to enhance safety of the responding officers.  

SNC approved with Module II(a) endorsement; MNA2022-2927. The cost for this one-day course is $275 per person.
